It's best if you are, so we can confirm what's going. If you can't be, we can sometimes do the pickup without you when the items are clearly marked and easy to reach, and we've confirmed the details in writing beforehand.
We can't take hazardous materials such as paint, solvents, fuel, propane tanks, chemicals, asbestos-containing materials, or medical waste. If you're not sure about something, call us before booking.
